We wrapped up the driving portion of our trip in Torquay. The car got dropped off at the rental agency then we caught an
alarming high-speed taxi ride through the narrow streets to the Imperial.

We were at the Imperial a bit before check-in time so enjoyed a view of the fairly wild weather from their warm and
dry sitting room.

Lisa had booked tickets on the Great Western Railway through to Paddington. Torquay Station reminded me of some of
the beautiful old country stations around Victoria, Australia.
