We wrapped up our month in Kyushu in Fukuoka. I dropped off our Corolla at the Toyota rent-a-car store and we booked seats on the Tōkaidō-San'yō Nozomi (super-express in the English annoucements) Shinkansen from Hakata Station back to Tokyo.

These seven figures marching in unison over a map of Kyushu greet visitors to the rooftop garden of the AMU plaza mall attached to Hakata Station.
