This is what is left of Franz Josef Glacier. Various displays explain its anthropogenic global warming-fueled retreat, it's
now about 3km away from where it ended in 1906.
(The endless roar of sightseeing helicopters
reminded me of an LA neighborhood when a police pursuit is underway.)
